Skygaze India: How Harsh Verma Is Bringing the Cosmos Closer to Everyone

Every story of creation begins with a choice. For Harsh Verma, standing at a crossroads in 2023, that choice was between the safe path of a corporate job and the uncertain world of entrepreneurship.

Coming from a lower-middle-class background and raised by a single mother, everyone advised him to choose stability.

Harsh chose the wilderness.

The Beginning

Harsh’s journey began; not in a boardroom, but in the humble confines of his home. Armed with BCA and MCA degrees, he had the knowledge about his passion — but not the roadmap.

“I had no idea how to even register a company,” he recalls. “The path was completely dark.”

Balancing a 9-to-5 developer job to support his family, Harsh spent his nights building his dream. In early 2024, he gathered a small team of passionate youngsters and founded Aardo Solutions, with a vision to create meaningful IT products.

The Struggle

For six grueling months, the team coded, designed, and hustled — pouring every spare hour and money into their project.

Then came the first blow: the brand name they’d built for six months wasn’t available for registration. Forced to rebrand, they chose Aardo Solutions — only to face another setback.

Their GST application was rejected three times for unknown reasons, draining their already limited funds.

“It felt like the system was designed to make you quit,” Harsh says.

But quitting was never an option. After countless hurdles, Aardo Solutions was finally incorporated — but the company was struggling. Clients were hard to find, and funds were nearly gone.

A New Vision: The Birth of Skygaze India

With his back against the wall, Harsh looked up — quite literally.

A lifelong passion for space science, once just a hobby, sparked a new idea. He took a risk, buying a mid-range telescope on his credit card and setting it up on his rooftop.

The reactions from friends and neighbors who came to observe the night sky ignited a realization: people were fascinated by the cosmos.

And thus, Skygaze India was born.

The Breakthrough Moment

The launch was quiet for two months — until February, when a planetary parade became a social media trend.

Suddenly, everyone wanted to see the sky. Skygaze India hosted public observation events at their small site , and they were house-full hits. Premium clients started booking them for private home observations across the city.

The hardwork was paying off.

The Slowdown and the Pivot

When the planetary buzz faded, so did the demand. But instead of giving up, Harsh evolved again.

He realized they needed to create a market, not just serve one. Skygaze India pivoted to education, designing astronomy experiences for schools and corporates.

To scale, they needed a professional-grade telescope — but it was financially out of reach. Harsh made another risky bet, buying it entirely on credit, trusting his vision once again.

Today: Reaching for the Stars

That leap of faith paid off.

Today, Aardo Solutions stands as a robust tech company, delivering innovative software for institutions and Skygaze India has become a leading name in astronomy outreach, collaborating with schools, universities, and national events to bring the universe closer to thousands.

A Message from Harsh Verma

“If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that dreams don’t wait for perfect conditions — they demand courage to fight through uncertainity.
Entrepreneurship is about experimenting and evolving; if one thing fails, rise and build the next.”

Harsh Verma’s story isn’t just about startups or telescopes — it’s about resilience, reinvention, and the belief that even from the darkest nights, stars are born.
